MAREMA Annual Meeting 2025 – Connections, Learning & Inspiration

October 2025: Last week, Grove One Properties proudly participated in the MAREMA Annual Meeting at Kings Mill Resort in Williamsburg. As a Silver Sponsor, I had the pleasure of hosting a promo table throughout the three-day event — a fantastic opportunity to connect personally with colleagues, investors, and new friends across the Mid-Atlantic real estate community.

Highlights included the “Catch the Train” panel with RPR, LoopNet, CoStar, and CREXi moderated by Vanita Jacobson, inspiring member stories by Karen Daily, Karin Arnette, and Jim Guisewhite, and Joe Serafin’s session on becoming more tech-savvy in real estate.

I was especially inspired by Charles Einsmann’s presentation on the impact of local investments on community growth. His book, Roadmap to Wealth, now has a special place in my office library — signed and cherished.

I look forward to celebrating MAREMA’s 50th Anniversary next year with continued collaboration and learning!
